Tub turned cloudy two weeks in. Tried several things but I won't clear. No odor. All tests are good. Have left 3 messages with Jane but no response. Horrible customer service. Hard to care about a product when the company doesn't care about you.
RESPONSE: Lisa I apologize, we searched messages and somehow they are not in our logs. If your tub gets cloudy in a few weeks that means that there is build up in the plumbing and we need to repeat the detox until it all releases. Unfortunately, some tubs have a bumpy start. I have many reviews where the service I give is praised. I am so sorry that you didn't get to experience that. :-(
