We switched from the Frog inline chlorinator system to this because we couldn't get the chemicals right with Frog and then ended up with a mold problem. We started with fresh water with ahhNatural and are much happier. We have do a liquid bleach shock occasionally to keep clearing out the old problems, but they have been getting less frequent and the water is great. We started with using the hydrogen peroxide with it every week but have reduced it to every two weeks. So far so great! The instructions are clear and the owner answers the phone and emails to help as well.

I started out with chlorine in my new hot tub. City water; didn't have to add much (and we drink that stuff!). My skin felt dry and irritated. Not a luxurious, relaxing hot tub experience. Very glad I found Ahhnatural! Took a while to get the water stabilized, but had great help from Jane. I now look forward to tubbing...skin feels great, no odors, water is crystal clear.

We investigated a number of companies that purport to be "natural". AhhNatural is the real deal. We couldn't be happier with their products. No chemicals, no foam but crystal clear water. You feel like you're in some natural hot spring. My wife is very sensitive to chemicals and refused to go into our hot tub when we initially used the more conventional methods of treatment.

The instructions seemed daunting, because I had never been exposed to this kind of thinking about water purity. But the instructions were very clear, and everythign went as described. Our hot tub is now full of crystal clear water.

I am so grateful for this amazing product line. After my first full year using the products and can highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy non toxic spa experience. There is a little bit of work initially but the weekly maintenance is so doable, and just knowing you're getting all the benefits of hot tubbing without any of the toxicity is so worth any effort in my opinion!

If you aren't sure about using natural minerals vs chemicals, just remember that your skin is the largest organ in your body and absorbs everything you put on it. Soaking in bromine or chlorine absorbs in your body and will toxify your body and cause cancer. To us, ahhnatural is a no-brainer solution. The products themselves are amazing and I appreciate them more than I can express!! Our hot tub truly feels like a natural hot spring now and the maintenance is easier and less time consuming than ever. We LOVE Ahhnatural. And Jane is a great communicator and easy to work with. If you follow the simple instructions, this product works great. It is way better than anything I have used in the past, and has taken the frustration away from maintaining my tub, plus it is way more enjoyable. I hope you guys can continue to do your thing!

I have used AHHATURAL for 8 years in our hot tub. We LOVE the minerals. The water is clean and soft and I can recycle the water and the bag because they are non toxic!

Not a complete kit in my opinion. Has good instructions but they seem to be constantly recommending other products that are not included. I would have loved to see the ph test strips and the water shock for the price of this "kit". Instead I have baking soda and salt that I can't use till I buy the shock and the test strips...

RESPONSE: We have bundles that include other products that are customized to fit a variety of needs. The one year kit is enogh for what most of our customers require.

Directions are very clear and thorough. After first use I absolutely love getting out of the spa without smelling like chemicals. So far it’s amazing!

I really enjoy having chemical free water in my hot tub. It does take more maintenance for you have to clean the filters more often and remove the lava/sand debris in the bottom of the tub and seats. It is definitely worth the extra time.

I have been a daily soaker for over 30 years and this system is the best. Crystal clear with no chemicals, can’t ask for anything better.

Not difficult to clean bag. I used the kitchen sprayer along with soaking. It took less time and water. Haven't experienced how it works in the tub yet.

this product, a natural mineral bag for my hot tub, is fabulous! i have been using this for about 20 years and find it enhances my hot tub experience. I wouldn't be drawn to a hot tub with chlorine the way i am drawn to the salts and soothing minerals of this beautiful ahh natural bag -- it keeps the water clear and odorless and i feel recharged from those lovely salts!

AhhNatural works for us since both are sensitive to chlorine and bromine. We like it.

Even my spa maintenance guy can't believe how clean our spa water has been since switching to ahh natural. In the long run, this is more cost effective than other systems we've tried. And I've tried them all. My skin loves the switch too.

We are so happy to have our Soft Tub off of chemicals! Just started using the ahhNatural product a couple of weeks ago and are so pleased. It seems easy and of course, Natural, so far!

Were new to hot tubs. This is our second year. We have a Bullfrog tub. We received a start up kit w the purchase. We had to add this and that and clean and and and. We had to put defoamer in the tub often and we showed each time before entering. Then my wife was doing a search for something all natural because everything we tried made us itch and we had to shower each time after. Than we did alot of research since it had salt in the description and we do not have a saltwater safe tub .our water was always cloudy and foamy w a chemical smell. So I decided to try the all natural. Months later water is crystal clear. Were able to go pillow to pillow wo a smell. Maintenance is way less. Upfront is pricey . But seeing is believing.

I used the Ahh Mineral bag in my rented birthing tub for our first home birth and will be doing the same for our second. It worked perfectly and provided a mineral rich environment in which to welcome my newborn - versus toxic chemicals.

Also - we use the Ahh Detox gel and LOVE the clean it provides for our jetted tub. I can actually relax in there knowing the biofilm has been addressed - and in a non-toxic way.

Simple and effective. Basic preliminary steps like bathing first makes the whole system very simple and easy to use. Very little maintenance required. Love the system

I like the idea of bathing in no harmful chemicals. Relaxing in a hot tub is suppose to be good for your health, not bad for it. There are many steps you have to take to keep it clean. So, far the water has stayed clear. The directions are very detailed. Just realize you will be putting some time in to maintain this system.
