Really like the idea of a chemical free tub. Maintenance/care routine is so simple. Haven’t been successful yet at getting everything to balance properly - high pH issues and green tint/odor issues, but we had that same problem prior to switching. Shipping cost is a bit outrageous.
RESPONSE: A green tint and smell means you have something deep set in the plumbing like algae or mold. If you had these issues prior to ahhNatural, it will take some extra work removing the ick from your plumbing. But once you are successful it will be worth it!

We are new to owning a tub and are learning how to maintain. We used traditional treatments and loved the soak, but not the side effects of the chemicals. Thought we'd try ahhNatural and so glad we did! We now totally enjoy our soaks, it is more like being in a natural hot spring...ahh natural. We also appreciate Jane and her accessibility, guidance and knowledge. We're convinced!

I used this product because I was having severe skin reaction to Bromine which was what was recommended by the HotTub store. I followed the directions emptied the tub and now I can use the HotTub again without the harsh chemicals. I highly recommend this starter kit and I myself will be reordering the yearly kit. Thank you ahhNatural for a great product.
