SPA supplements are NOT required for the ahhNatural system to work in most Hot tubs.

We stress that supplements are for FIRST AID, heavier bather loads, kids or vacations. Your need for supplements always depends on what you allow to come into your tub.

How to use the spa supplements with ahhNatural!
ahhNatural should be less work for the average spa enthusiast. Smaller tubs may require a little more work and supplements than the larger tubs since the ratio of contaminates to water is much greater. Avoid letting body lotions, detergents, etc…into your tub. Get ready to ENJOY chemical free bathing!

Spa Purge by Natural Chemistry - restores spa plumbing to original condition: used to remove build-up of organic waste, great for use during the detox process, when you think your spa really needs to be “purged”, or for new to you used tubs when you just don’t know what’s in there. Remove filters; leave in up to 3 days for the deepest cleanse possible. If you have had water quality issues prior to purge. Shock with bleach to ‘kill bacteria’ let
dissipate before adding purge.

Spa Perfect- by Natural Chemistry uses natural enzymes to eat up body oils, etc… helps prevent the build up of organic waste within your system. Used as
preventative maintenance tool or when you don’t want to insist on pre showering before bathing– recommend using 1 capful every 3-4 weeks and when you see any oil on the water surface *Fight the urge to over use this product, less really is more.

Sea Klear non-chlorine shock (MPS): Used for faster recovery of cloudy water, mild odor, etc… (and/or during the cleaning process before installation, to remove build up in pipes) - remove ahhNatural bag from spa, follow instructions on bottle and run jets for 1 cycle, replace bag. * do not use with spa perfect, this product eats the natural enzymes of spa perfect and defeats it’s purpose. You may use this product after large tub parties to help your water recover faster. Do not over use. Do not apply at the same time with other supplements (replace ahh bag when jets have finished their cycle)

Sea Klear natural clarifier: For emergencies only! use if water is chronically cloudy and the shock did not take care of this… this process can be messy so be sure to clean your filters after use. Clean filters before and after application. Use 6-10X the indicated amount and run jets for 2-6 for hrs best results *Do Not use the natural clarifier and non-chlorine shock at the same time. Wait 1 day after non-chlorine shock before using natural clarifier. (remove ahh
bag during this process)

Filter Soak by NHTC- The most economical and effective ECO filter cleaner on the market. A highly concentrated deep cleaning solution that removes deep-set oils, grease and scum spa filters. Power hose off any topical debris from filters. Add 1- capful per 1 gallon of warm water in a bucket with filters. Let soak for 2-3 hours. DO NOT OVER SOAK. Rinse Thoroughly and let air-dry. Spa Filters should be routinely rinse and sprayed every week or two depending on
use. Deep clean using Filter soak every month. When using with ahhNatural you can alternate using a peroxide bath.

Filter Perfect by Natural Chemistry – Filter Perfect improves filter efficiency and lengthens cycles between filter cleaning: This is a fast easy to use eco filter cleaner. For Cartridge filters or Diatomaceous Earth filter grids: Remove cartridge, hose off loose material. In a pail, bucket or trash container with 5 to 10 gallons of water, add 1-2 large capfuls of Filter perfect. Place cartridge elements or D.e grids in solution and soak for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight. Remove from solution and rinse thoroughly/ clean cartridge elements should be allowed too dry before reinstalling. Return filter to normal operation.

Metal Free by Natural Chemistry –: for use on hard water – to be used prior to installation of ahhNatural and anytime that you are changing your tub water. Follow instructions on bottle and be sure to clean your filters the next day after use of this product.

Clean & Perfect by Natural Chemistry – Uses a natural enzyme technology. The perfect all purpose cleaner and a great pool and spa cover cleaner. Removes the toughest stains and odors gently and completely from any hard surface or fabric. Follow bottle
directions.

Super Purge Penetrating Spa Cleanser – Adds years of life to your spa: 5 days prior to changing spa water, remove the filter(s), add 1 full 16 oz. bottle directly to heated spa water. Two bottles are recommended if spa is over five years old or 500-gallon capacity. Circulate for 8
hours each day for five days. Drain and flush with clean water. Clean filters separately. Do not use spa during process.

TIP: Less is more with ahhNatural! Resist being a mad scientist. Running your jets, keeping  filters clean and giving your hot tub a day off here and there will prevent or clear up 90% of water quality issues!

TIP: WHEN ACTIVATING ahhNatural, make sure you rinse 90% of the dust clear from the bag before placing it in your newly cleaned and filled hot tub!!
