We need to go through a process of elimination to determine what the root of problem is. In the meantime please do a bucket test with the bag. Rinse the bag swishing aggressively several times in a bucket or sink(rinse 2-6 times) with clean water. What your looking for is water clarity improvement, this will allow us to determine if the bag is causing cloudy water or if it originating in the tub. It is rare that the water clarity doesn't improve, but we always like to check this just in case. If this is the case we will activate a new one and replace the faulty one. If you have a digital camera send us a picture of side by side glasses; one your source water and the second your tub water. 8. How old are your filters?
9. What is the ph/alk/hardness of your source water?
10. What is the ph/alk/hardness of your tub water?
11. Is your source water hard or from a well?
12. What other spa products if any do you have at home? Non chlorine shock? Enzymes? Clarifiers?
13. Have you ever used them? Did you get any results?
14. Describe the sequence of events prior to you water issue. (how many people bathed)
15. What you have tried so far. How much of what have you added to your tub to try to fix the problem?
16. Did you add things at the same time? If so what?
17. What are your general maintenance practices?
