AHHNATURAL RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to offer the finest quality to our customers. AhhNatural is manufactured with care and inspected before shipping. You can request a refund in writing. AhhNatural must pre-authorize all Returns, and you must comply with ALL of our warranty criteria.
Only ahhNatural Brand products are eligible for returns.
– Customers pay for return shipping.
– Once the refund is approved, ahhNatural must receive the returned items within 30 days.
– Please list the following in your request:
- List your name, email, and order number (or proof of purchase).
- List of products and if they are used or new.
- Include a reason for the return of each product.
- Submit your request in writing via email with photographs. Enter RETURN REQUEST – ORDER NUMBER #10XXXX in the subject line. Use your order email. info@ahhNatural.com.
- ALL refunds will be credited to your CC, or a check will be issued after the return and inspection of the product.
- Refund amounts are less original shipping, tax, and return shipping.
- ALL warranty criteria must be met, or a refund will not be approved. Flat-out refusal to work with us will void the warranty & result in no refund.
- Warranty compliance and refund approval are at the sole discretion of ahhNatural.
CHANGE OF HEART
- If you bought your ahhNatural one-Year Kit directly from us and have not opened it. You can request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Request a return by emailing info@ahhNatural.com. Enter RETURN REQUEST – ORDER NUMBER #108XXX in the subject line. Use your order email.
- There is a stocking, re-packaging fee of $45.
- Refunds, less original, and return shipping are issued up to 15 days after receiving and inspecting the item.
- If a product is damaged, your refund will be less the replacement cost.
- Return instructions and return labels will be provided by email after approval.
PRODUCT BOUGHT FROM OTHER RETAILERS.
You can also request a return of the unused product within 30 days with proof of purchase.
- Request a return by emailing info@ahhNatural.com. Enter RETURN REQUEST – RETAILER NAME & ORDER # in the subject line. Attach a receipt.
- There is a $45 restocking / re-packaging fee.
- The retailer will issue refunds less shipping and tax after the product is returned and inspected.
- If the product is damaged, your refund will be less than the replacement cost it.
- Customers must ship the items in one box and provide a shipping tracking number to ahhNatural, LLC 10427 Jeffery Way Truckee, CA 96161
- Submit your request, and receipt in writing with photographs to info@ahhNatural.com
