AhhNatural is manufactured with care and inspected before shipping.
It's VERY rare, but If you are not satisfied, and qualify for our
warranty simply request a refund in writing and return the item

gladly provide a replacement up to 6 months of purchase. Submit
your request in writing with photographs to info@ahhNatural.com Our
refund policy carries a 90-day money back guarantee less shipping
and handling. The warranty is void if installation, maintenance,
use and product compatibility instructions were NOT strictly
followed. If you have not used your ahh Kit, but have a change of
heart, there is a $35 re-stocking fee. HAPPY PEOPLE warrantee: THE
warrantee conditions:
- You are covered for 3 months from date of purchase. NOT DATE OF
INSTALLATION.
- Our warrantee covers compatible tub sizes and use as specified.
Confirmation /proof of use and tub information (photo-copy from
Manual) is accurate with your original customer order file when you
placed your order (we take pride in assuring ahh is a great match
for you and your tub).
- Our warrantee also allows us to be able to work to correct the
problem before issuing a refund. ahhNatural is allowed to correct
the problem with full cooperation of the customer.
- If any of the above conditions are violated the warrantee is
void. Our refund check will be issued after return and inspection
of the product. The process can take up to 60 days. Check amounts
are less tax, shipping and handling.
- We have the option of doing an exit interview within 2 weeks of
your notification of your return. And can void the warrantee if
